Review: It’s a bit too comic in style for the film I saw in the trailer. While there are comedic elements, this poster suggests it is to be more like a John Candy film than a serio-comic tale of new leases on life.

Review: While it seems like it might be incredibly endearing, the trailer doesn’t give it the emotional or visual pizazz one might expect. The film seems too much like an indie circuit feature than a film that would appeal to a wide audience and that’s misleading.

Oscar Prospects:

While the relationship is relatively rare in the modern cinema (at least in the American industry), it is not so much so in other countries and unless it gets submitted by Spain for the Oscars, I don’t see it being much of a contender.
