Review: This looks like a horribly cheap design for a film trying to have itself taken seriously. Little visual depth and crude smoke graphics make for an overall weak effort.

Review: The concept is more interesting than the trailer lets on. A cop trying to preserve his city from incoming drug lords has some measure of relevance to modern audiences, but mostly in a remote way.
