Review: (#1, C) If there were a poster that speaks for a cessation of the use of red, white, and black as a color palette, this is it. The oppressiveness of the red is excessive, overwhelming the lower third. That lower third hasn’t even got much to create intrigue with the viewer, so the effect just makes the unbalanced effort in the upper two thirds more aggressive.

(#2, C) Overbearing red fading into the limited blue is blinding and unappealing.

Trailer Rating: C+ / C

Review: (#1, C+) The concept has a lot of merit but this trailer is so clumsy that it makes the idea appear utterly underwhelming. It’s a locked-room thriller with few exciting moments and makes it seem like such an unreasonably dull premise.

(#3, C) The tension of the first trailer gives way to an overbearing stretch of moments strung together without excitement or intrigue in this effort.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
