Review: (#1) There are elements to this trailer that make the film look utterly fascinating. There are other elements that make it looks unexciting and bland.

(#2) Another trailer that doesn’t quite sell the film as anything more than a vehicle for a Nicole Kidman performance, which isn’t a bad selling pont, but it isn’t one that will work for everyone.

Oscar Prospects:

Nicole Kidman has to be considered a contender for her transformative performance in this film. It’s Oscar catnip. The rest of the film, not so much.
