Review: (#1) Dali was a bit foppish and this design tries to highlight that by giving some of his facial and wardrobe elements, but the background detailing is non-existence and the titling doesn’t do enough heavy lifting on its own. (#2) This speaks a wee bit better to Dali’s odd nature, but it feels like a carnival photo booth effort that doesn’t sell the film.

Review: For a film about Dali, you would expect more time with him rather than the dull-as-dishwater setup for the film. The presented drama has promise, but lacks specificity.
Oscar Prospects:
There might be some minor rumblings about Ben Kingsley getting a nomination, but the film looks a bit slight and has been pending a release for awhile, so it’s not likely.
