Review: (#1) The injected liquid motif is a gorgeous one, something one might see on the cover of a murder mystery novel. And considering the source, that seems completely appropriate. While the arrayed cast and estate background aren’t that exciting, the whole thing feels exotic and inventive. (#2) Here we have the mansion, the cast, and an ominous sky. It looks fairly good, but isn’t that exciting. (#3) Like the first design, this uses the syringe motif well, this time having the liquid the rich color of blood, which adds a bit of sinister strength to the design. The house is smaller and the cast is bigger, but doesn’t lose much of its original charm.

Review: For Agatha Christie fans, a trailer like this is sure to pique their interests. There’s a wicked mystery as the backing to this film and the cast looks like they are lapping up the delicious dialogue with ferocity. While it might not appeal to non-mystery fans, it’s just interesting enough to perhaps pique their curiosity.

Oscar Prospects:

I doubt that it becomes an Oscar contender, but it sure has the look of one and Glenn Close could be a spoiler. That is if the film actually releases to theaters instead of TV as I once thought it was going to.
