Review: How many times have we seen this poster or those like it? Simplicity doesn’t have to mean derivative. I understand wanting to evoke a feeling of darkness and tension, but this isn’t even that deep.

Trailer: B-

Review: It’s hard to see Michael C. Hall as anyone but Dexter now, so giving him a mustache only makes him look silly. Of course, it’s a character affectation, so it’s understandable. Apart from the distracting face fuzz, the film looks a tad dark and a tad tense, but not necessarily very thrilling. That is largely because most of the plot if telegraphed in the trailer.
