Review: Period dramas are already a tough sell and giving the audience a unique story to follow helps somewhat. However, a trailer like this does little to shake off the impression of being stuffy and dull.

Oscar Prospects:

This one is getting an Oscar-qualifying run, but it has no buzz surrounding it. It’s possible to get nominations for Production Design or Costume Design, but I suspect its lack of attention will ultimately mean being utterly ignored.
