Review: (#1) The “zombie” silhouettes are the most interesting element of the poster, but the stylistic creativity doesn’t spread to the rest of the design.
(#2) What could be a background borrowed from any other post-apocalyptic poster, this design just doesn’t have a lot going for it. (#3) Mixing a borrowed background with a silhouetted foreground doesn’t work that well. (#4) Getting closer to your subjects doesn’t add intensity or excitement. (#5) A combination of many elements that work surprisingly well together even if not entirely successfully.
Trailer Rating: C-

Review: The book was a fascinating read, but the trailer doesn’t feel at all like the book, which seemed to be a more intimate and pensive endeavor.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
