Review: (#1 & #2) The two trailers don’t approach the film from radically different angles. Both attempt to explain what Luis Bunuel was going in the small town at the center of his film. The animation isn’t very attractive, but intermixing it with actual footage from Bunuel’s film is most interesting.

Oscar Prospects:

Animated Feature looks to be a particularly sparse category this year, which could mean that a film like this could break through.
