Review: (#1, C) A cute dog can help sell movies but they aren’t doing themselves any favors with this particularly dull setup. (#2, C) A better effort than the prior, it still isn’t particularly compelling even if it might entice some viewers interested in both the dog and the locale.

(#3-#6, C) This array of character posters feel disjointed with the dog poorly integrated into each, combined with the ugly, spaced-out titling. They just don’t stand out distinctively enough.

Review: The trailer does a terrific job getting at the emotional weight of an abused dog finding purpose as the guide to a group of survivalist racers (or whatever this “sport” is actually called). It’s not an inspiring trailer although it wants to be, but it does just enough to secure the target demographic.
