Review: (#1) The background pattern certainly looks like a wallpaper one might have leaned against, though the lighting feels a bit off. Throw in the lack of other details and it’s bit underwhelming. (#2) The same wallpaper motif from the first design employees less artfully with a central image that’s affecting, but uninspired. (#3) The background here is a little less distinct and ultimately it’s less interesting than the first design.

Review: Judy Blume’s novels are beloved, but they haven’t made very good translations to the big screen. This one looks like another that fails to meet the audience’s high expectations. It feels a bit to juvenile and lacking in emotional depth.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
