Review: (#1) Modestly primal, but also cheaply designed. It has some interesting textures and the colors are fitting, but the flame aesthetic is trite and overused.
(#2) A slightly more visually interesting, but still bland poster design with mediocre symbolism and an utter attempt to make the film seem far more important than it is.
(#3) IMAX movie posters are, for some strange reason, duller than normal posters and this is exemplary of that weakness.
Trailer Rating: C+ / C-

Review: (#1) The trailer suggests that the relationship between the young native and the wolf is somehow pivotal to human civilization, but the trailer’s story and imagery suggests instead a film that is more interested in the bonding adventure than some overarching commentary.
(#2) There was a visual flair to the first trailer that made it look a bit like a prehistoric tale similar to 300 even if a vapid one. This trailer only accentuates the worst elements of that full trailer and lays bear just how uninspiring and unnecessary this film looks to be.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
