Review: (#1, D+) Chuck Norris has never been a good actor but that has never been more plain than when he’s playing a cyborg who is meant to feel wooden and yet can’t even pull that off. If you have an interest in quasi-futuristic sci-fi, you probably still won’t find much here of interest.
