Review: There’s a sense of desperation on the face of the protagonist, which sets the tone for the film, but it’s not a poster that demands attention from passers-by.

Review: This health care drama has a lot of compelling elements depicted. The trailer positions this as desperation leading to uncharacteristic and dangerous actions. It has a lot of dramatic heft, which should easily appeal to indie and foreign box office fans, but it won’t progress beyond that subset.
Oscar Prospects:
It might be a Best Foreign Language Film Oscar contender, but it has to be submitted first.
