From IMDb: “When aspiring actress Maria Laura’s best friend begs her to flirt with her boyfriend to test his fidelity, Maria finds a lucrative new career. Poster: B / C / B- (3)
Review: (#1) The first design tries to make the film seem like a romantic comedy and that might work for those who haven’t seen the trailer. (#2) Making everything look more like a romantic drama doesn’t alleviate the struggles of the first poster, especially when this one is sparsely bleak. (#3-#5) These posters don’t have the impact if they don’t have the trailer to go along with it. Once you’ve seen the trailer, though, these become rather fascinating.

Review: Generic comedic and romantic elements don’t improve the trailer design. Focusing on the burgeoning romance in spite of all that’s going on around them only serves to keep things feeling shiftless and boring in spite of some clever concepts meandering at the edges.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
