Review: This is a foreign design, but it’s one that has no life, no substance and, while depicting Tom Hanks, doesn’t look at all interesting.

Review: As seemingly generic as the desert backdrop, the trailer succeeds only in the presence of Tom Hanks and the possibility that the film tackles sexism and Islamophobia in a more interesting way than could be possible.
Oscar Prospects:
It was once thought this film could be an Oscar contender, but the trailer doesn’t give that impression; however, Tom Hanks is well loved and could net a nominations. Though, he couldn’t get in for Oscar nominee Bridge of Spies, so maybe he won’t have much of a chance, especially with an April release. Besides that, Tom Tykwer is a well respected director, but his films just don’t have much Oscar potential.
