Review: (#1, C+) While the design sets the tone and setting, it doesn’t do much else. While each of the actors are somewhat prominent, none of them can sell the film in spite of being face-front on the design. It isn’t a bad effort and has some interesting elements to it but a lot of the background affectations are uninspired and that makes it feel a bit pro-forma.
(#2-#5, C+) Deviations on the prior design for each character. No new taglines just slightly different backgrounds so, essentially, no change in quality.
Trailer Rating: C+

Review: (#1, C+) While the L.A. riots following the Rodney King verdict are an intriguing setting for a story, this film doesn’t look like it takes adequate advantage of that. Instead, it takes a familiar set of story beats with unoriginal action thriller elements and makes a film that looks underwhelming.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
