Review: (#1) Pulling back the curtain of reality has never looked more interesting. The visual pizzazz of this design is a perfect teaser.
(#2) It feels too cut-and-pasty. It has a nice color palette and the characters seemingly converging on Chris Pine’s character is an interesting.
(#3-#6) These character designs, while lacking a backdrop of any importance, have a unique ripple effect applied that fits in film’s premise somewhat well. (#7-#12) These character posters are simplistic, close-up character designs that have the only genuine distinctiveness in the faint colored light streaming in from the top, largely different in each design, but hardly worth getting excited about. (#13) A fractured design that is among the best so far evoking the film’s premise while creating visual distinctiveness and color creativity. (#14) While the color balance isn’t as diverse here, choosing instead for a complementary color scheme. This is supplemented by a series of interesting images and fascinating visual elements that tie well into the film’s plot.
Trailer Rating: B+ / A-

Review: (#1) An interesting trailer for a film with a lot of promise. It presents the story well enough, but has a few dull moments that could be bolstered or eliminated in a future trailer design.
(#2) Getting more information out of a trailer while leaving plenty to the imagination, this trailer does a lot of heavy lifting in terms of making this film look interesting, exciting, and enjoyable.
Oscar Prospects:
I expect it to be at least a tech contender.
