Review: (#1) While this design is in French, it seems to be the primary design aesthetic for the series and matches the English-language designs that immediately followed. The oppressive yellow background is ugly and the excessively cutesy lettering is poorly chosen. (#2-#4) What’s worse is that these three subsequent character posters are even less interesting than their visual predecessor. (#5) Starting a new visual design for this set, the stark change in color selection and overall formatting is nice, but bulky and unwieldy. (#6-#8) The same follows with this next set of character posters as the first, but they are even less comparatively interesting with pointless blocky lettering.
