Review: The ennui in the poster is palpable, but it doesn’t have much appeal beyond the art crowd. Even then, it isn’t interesting enough.

Review: This appears to be a drama with some comedic elements, a style of film Debra Winger once knew well. The performances seem strong, if not particularly grand. It may appeal to those wanting to see Winger back in her element, but won’t otherwise impress itself upon the viewer.

Oscar Prospects:

Debra Winger could return to the Oscar competition after a very long absence, but I suspect this movie will be long forgotten by then.
