Review: (#1) Although the subtlety of the “X” in the shades in the background is brick-like, the rest of the design is even less impressive. A face off without consequence. (#2) This English-language design isn’t particularly inventive, but it’s certainly eye-catching. (#3) Inventive and detailed, this design works much better than other designs for this film, even though it’s still not as impressive as it needs to be. (#4) The “X” motif is back again, but less interestingly done than the first two designs. (#5) The blinds are open in this rendition and there’s not “X” in the background, exemplifying everything wrong with the previous design.

Review: The trailer employs an interesting visual style, multi-panel explorations of character and events that seem unlikely to be in the final product. The dialogue and cuts are so quick that visual assessment along with careful reading is simply not possible, which is to the film’s detriment as it doesn’t grab the audience’s attention well enough to warrant a second viewing.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
