Review: (#1) Perhaps the shadows of claws in the bed’s canopy drapes are too subtle or the design is otherwise too simple. Either way, it’s a shade disappointing. (#2) I like the shell of the “F” for Facebook containing images from the film overlaid with an interesting filter, but that central image, a silenced girl with tears is a bit too overused.
(#3) A tacky, ugly looking design that trades on overused color schemes and a pseudo-digital overlay that just isn’t that exciting.
Trailer Rating: C / C-

Review: (#1) There’s a concept for an entertaining film here, but the trailer goes too fast and too choppily through the motions of trying to sell the film without giving it something an audience can engage with.
(#2) How do you make a film that already felt uselessly unoriginal? Try making a second trailer that doubles down on the generic accents and doesn’t give the audience sufficient impetus to want to give it a shot.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
