Review: (#1-#3) Each of these three designs has a strong sense of creativity, which fits in the framework of the film’s narrative. The third design is weakest, giving the background no detail, not even the minimal detail of the first two.

(#4) Another creative, art-infused design that capture’s the film’s premise quite well.

Trailer Rating: C / B- / B-

Review: (#1) There are no special effects in this trailer, making it a dour, humorless creation. It struggles to make a film even young minds would have an interest in seeing. (#2) By infusing the first trailer with a few more scenes in a different order along with some handy animated effects, the producers have created a trailer that should fairly easily appeal to young audiences and might suggest parents aren’t going to be totally bogged down watching it.

(#3) This new trailer explains a lot of events on display in prior trailers while setting it up as a youngster-oriented film that should easily encourage their enthusiasm. It doesn’t make it more appealing to adults, but they should get the idea that there shouldn’t be anything too objectionable in the film for them to watch alone.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
