Review: (#1) Often, a strong composition is hindered by a thrill-less backdrop and this is the perfect example of that. (#2) So, this guy’s built like a brick house. That doesn’t mean it’s going to entice viewers to the theater, even female ones. (#3) The smiley-face sticker is the only element pulled from the trailer that gives this man a touch of humanity. Otherwise, the commonplace construction does nothing to excite the viewer.

Review: The setup is interesting, but the non-stop violence doesn’t play well with the plotting. The trailer’s lack of subtitles doesn’t quite make it impossible to understand since there’s so much action in the trailer, but it could have helped give some of the dialogue more significance.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
