Review: A simple design that doesn’t grab the viewer’s attention and doesn’t give much information on the plot, making it a multi-faced failure.

Review: Were it not for Marion Cotillard’s performance, I wouldn’t even give a film like this a second loot. Apart from the unusual setup, the film seem like a fairly straight forward working class drama.
Oscar Prospects:
It was shut out of the Best Foreign Language Film category by nine other finalists. That won’t stop Marion Cotillard from being a contender for a Best Actress nomination, the film’s only other shot at Oscar attention. Cotillard has gotten quite a lot of attention from critics for this performance, but if the cuddly Foreign Film Committee can’t fall for Two Days, will the rest of the Oscar voting roster?
