Review: (#1-#5) The first and last designs are the same, with the latter’s down-nose writing even more non-sensical than the first’s forehead verbiage. The second is a lot more interesting. It’s a little too obvious, but it works. The third could be viewed in two ways. Firstly, it could be seen as a generic attempt to highlight scenes from the film while attempting to be visually daring. Secondly, it could be seen as a direct cousin of the second poster with the cut-out images much like the lines of coke in the second. Unfortunately, it’s a stretch and doubtful that it was intended. The fourth poster uses the same facial stance as the first and last, but makes it even less interesting if at all possible.

Review: The trailer, like its protagonist, is brash, overwhelming, modestly daring and a tad bit interesting. Unfortunately, this isn’t the kind of character people enjoy watching, unless it’s a shitty America comedy starring the likes of Jim Carrey. That said, there are enough interesting tidbit in the trailer to suggest the film could be minimally fun, but whether most people will concern themselves with giving it a try is the real problem.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
