Review: It’s black. It’s white. It’s unbelievable. No. No. No. I couldn’t help but bust out the ’90s Michael Jackson for this silly and its inexplicable design. I’ll admit the contrast is well done and it’s not an entirely unappealing color scheme, but it’s unfortunately immaterial.
Trailer: C
Review: When you read the premise, you wonder if this is just another lame attempt to turn an aging actor into a late-career action star like Liam Neeson. Watching the trailer makes it evident that this is more like trying to turn an aging star into a type of Liam Neeson/James Bond crossbreed, neither of which seems all that appealing. What’s in the trailer seems contrived and unwieldy.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
