Review: All of the elements from the film are present, yet the overall design doesn’t catch your attention as it should or needs to.

Trailer: C+

Review: The baseline story could be fascinating, but the trailer is generically crafted leaving the audience without a strong sense of necessity in seeing the film.

Oscar Prospects:

If submitted, it could be a formidable competitor. However, I doubt the forward-thinking film is likely to be submitted, especially since it’s directed by a woman and Saudi Arabia isn’t particularly well known for its progressivism on women’s issues.
