Last Week’s Results

What’s more surprising? The Hunger Games making it four weeks at the top of the box office? The first film to do so since 2011 (Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol) and only the second one to do so in the since June of 2010? Or could it be that both a horror film and a Farrelly Bros. comedy failed to take the number one spot? There’s little question that Hunger Games falls next week, but if it doesn’t, you’d have to go all the way back to Avatar at the beginning of 2010 for the last time that happened.
