The last weekend of the year is always slow on releases because of the glut at Christmas. That’s especially true this year with only four limited releases on deck.

Wesley Lovell: I loved Schitt’s Creek, but this looks a bit generic.

Peter J. Patrick: Kind of an odd release date but seems worth catching early in the new year.

Thomas La Tourrette: There is some interest in the trailer, but it tends towards the melancholy and just does not seem that interesting.
