Review: (#1, B-) While the black backdrop is underwhelming, the fuchsia moon pops and that gives the neon style of the design a boost.

(#2, B+) The film is a throwback to 1980s present-day sci-fi films while popping with its own color scheme. The background is wasted but it’s a striking effort that should draw some attention.

Review: (#1, B-) There’s some solid humor on display here and the premise is well presented, but it feels a bit lackluster in terms of presentation and there’s no attempt to create an emotional entanglement.

(#2, C+) A lot of the humor from the first trailer is absent here and it looks like a more hyper-serious horror film than a horror comedy. That could turn off some.
