Peter J. Patrick: Strong notices make this one to see.

Thomas La Tourrette: This looks like a fun prequel though I find it interesting that they left all the songs out of the trailer.

Wesley Lovell: Some solid potential offerings this weekend, American Fiction has the most promise.

Peter J. Patrick: American Fiction and The Zone of Interest are two of my most eagerly anticipated films of the year. Rebel Moon: Part One doesn’t interest me at all.

Thomas La Tourrette: American Fiction seems guaranteed of Oscar nominations for picture and screenplay and looks interesting. The Zone of Interest will probably be good and seems likely to win the International Film Oscar, though the trailer does not do a great job of stirring up interest in the film. I am not sure about the science fiction film Rebel Moon.
