Review: (#1, C) Sexy people doesn’t always sell, especially not when they are uninspiringly arrayed with excessively large font and a cheap tagline.

(#2, C+) The background looks a bit fake, which doesn’t aid the poster’s aesthetic, but the foreground characters seem genuine enough to appeal briefly, but not sufficiently.

Review: (#1, C+) There’s a strange blend of romance and opposites-attract in this trailer that doesn’t quite gel. Sure the leads are attractive and that helps play into the narrative, but that narrative appears to be paper thin and the end result doesn’t hold much promise.

(#2, B-) While it hits beats familiar to most audiences that watch romantic comedies, many of them are quite endearing and while the chemistry between Sweeney and Powell is questionable, some of their interactions are appealing.
