Thomas LaTourette (TL): It looks like it will turn into a film about who is eating who, and it just does not seem that appealing.

Peter J. Patrick (PP): Weinstein drama seems like yesterday’s news while Oscar campaign for co-lead Carey Mulligan in support seems wrong-heded.
Thomas LaTourette (TL): The trailer is both a little dull and sensationalistic, but it should be a moving film that remains highly relevant.

Thomas LaTourette (TL): The critics mostly like it, but this tale of cannibalistic lovers feels slightly repugnant.
