Review: The background is obviously faked and that makes it all feel a bit fake, especially the cake knife and shotgun placement. Thematically relevant, but dull.

Review: (#1) The few humorous moments are utterly overwhelmed by the action elements and the film looks like a hastily constructed cash grab that’s more akin to the Channing Tatum/Sandra Bullock actioner earlier this year, which means it lacks a feeling of originality.

(#2) The setup was handled in the first trailer. This one was left to more musically intrigue the audience, but with minimal success. The humor’s light and limited and the chemistry is even less appealing than previously.
