Poster Rating: B-

Review: Whereas this week’s new trailers are all relatively engaging, the posters have been anything but. However, this is at least the most interesting and carefully crafted of all of them. The only problem is that if this poster gives away too much of the film in a The Sixth Sense kind of way, it will be horribly counter-productive.

Trailer Rating: B-

Review: Patrick Wilson keeps popping up in movies lately, which is a good thing, but he has yet to really become a bankable star. In spite of the recent success of Lakeview Terrace at the box office, his name was not likely part of that. The sad part is that he was once a bankable star within the indie circuit delivering solid and interesting performances. Now, it looks like he’s sold his talent for a paycheck. If this film is a success, it will be entirely Anne Hathaway bringing in auds, not Wilson.

Oscar Prospects:

This film is obviously built for box office wheels, not Oscar gold.
