Review: (#1) The simple poster design isn’t very exciting, but it certainly tells the audience a lot of what it needs to know about this character. If they can figure it out.
(#2) While it ultimately gets at the theme of the film and has a tremendous amount of interesting details, it also feels a little too balanced for its own good, especially without an appealing anchor. (#3) Similar to the prior design, this gives more details in the background of the Italian seaside village the film is set in, but it eliminates most of the townspeople and feels a bit more empty.
Trailer Rating: C / B-

Review: (#1) There’s something utterly inauthentic about Disney/Pixar’s trailers of late. That magical spark they used to have seems to have faded in favor of plain entertainment values, which suggests the diminution of the brand is very real.
(#2) A well design trailer that gives the audience a better understanding of the plot of the film, introduces a few more bits of humor, and ultimately yields a suggestion of a film that might be worth seeing if it’s more original than the trailer suggests.
Oscar Prospects:
An animated film from Disney/Pixar is always an Oscar contender for Best Animated Feature even if the film doesn’t look that good.
