Review: (#1) It looks a bit like the love child of Apocalypse Now and Platoon, which isn’t surprising considering the subject matter. the line of heads at the bottom feels a little excessive. (#2) Likely intended to look like a savior descending from the sky with his hand outstretched, the design looks like a bargain basement rendition of a Michaelangelo painting.
Trailer Rating: C+

Review: This Vietnam conflict film owes a lot to its myriad predecessors, but cannot quite shake the familiarity of those films. It’s difficult to see this one set apart from those.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
