Review: (#1) Trying to tie the poster design into the concept of gentlemen with whiskey and guns, this poster does a poor job accentuating any strengths the film might have, including its own cast.
(#2-#7) This sextet of character posters is dull and uninspiring with a plain white background that does nothing to make it look better. (#8) Using the same visual theme as the prior character posters, having all the characters together in one design doesn’t do much with the lack of design aesthetic. (#9-#14) Tossing a dull border around the prior character posters doesn’t exactly make them better, but it does eliminate some of the wasted white space, which is certainly something.
(#15) This all-white design aesthetic has never impressed and continuing to double-down on it is disappointing. Adding a border to the whole design doesn’t alleviate the issues.
Trailer Rating: C+ / C-

Review: (#1) An interesting cast in a film that doesn’t make a lot of sense thanks to the clunky editing of the trailer. The plot is lost pretty quickly and the over-reliance on Guy Ritchie as a sales tool won’t likely work with audiences.
(#2) When a trailer tries too hard, it makes the film seem like it’s trying too hard and this being Guy Ritchie, it is is probably trying too hard. This new look at the film doesn’t make it look like a film worth catching unless you like someone in the cast particularly well and possibly not even then.
Oscar Prospects:
None.
