Review: The portals in the background look cheap while the destruction in the environment landscape below looks out of place. The central portal, however, has enough detail to feel fitting.

Review: The idea seems a bit hokey even if the opening sequence in the car, as overly familiar as it is, works. The rest of the trailer certainly makes the movie look like something that would have been relegated directly to the video store back in the 1990s.
