After several years, it’s time to move on from this feature. We’ve looked at movies and their box office prospects for a long time, but with so many films premiering exclusively on streaming, it’s become a very frustrating feature as it doesn’t look at new releases the way it originally did. Further, it doesn’t quite fit the look and flow of the site I want to see, so as part of a 27th anniversary shake-up and the impending launch of our new awards subsite, some features will be going away. That said, while we won’t be doing previews anymore, we’ll still cover wrap-ups for all of the months we’ve already forecast, starting with November this month and then December in May, January in June, February in July, March in August, and April in September. Then we’ll be saying goodbye this feature entirely. Thanks for your interest and we hope what we’re going to come up with for the subsite will be far more interesting.
