Our first look at the Oscar landscape after the nominations has revealed itself in our first predictions of this year’s winners.

I had intended to post this article last night, but somehow it missed the scheduling. Below you will find our first predictions. We have 100% agreed in 13 of 24 categories and selected identical runners-up in only one. If that doesn’t tell you how set many of these races appear to be, I don’t know what will.

What’s most fascinating about our agreements is that of the thirteen, eight are agreeing on categories that La La Land will inw (Picture, Director, Original Score, Original Song, Editing, Cinematography, Production Design, and Sound Mixing. Our other agreements are in Actor, Supporting Actor, Supporting Actress, and Foreign Language Film. The lone category in which we agree who the runner-up will be is Director.
