Rating: C+ Commentary: It’s a minimalist approach that doesn’t work nearly as well as they’d hope. There are some interesting style choices, but it’s so haphazard and purposefully chaotic that it looks like it’s trying too hard. |
Rating: B+ Commentary: Even though I can feel parts of the film threatening to make this into a dreadful film, what’s presented in the trailer is quite intriguing. And John Cusack as Poe is such a clever bit of casting that it should work better than it might otherwise have. |
