Review: Too much blank space, even if affected by fading detail. There’s also little to the image that is there to sell the film.

Trailer Rating: C- / C

Review: (#1) This trailer does absolutely nothing to sell the film or its content as anymore more than a mediocre art house picture starring a relatively washed-up comedian.

(#2) The producers have never been able to fully explain to audiences while this film should be seen. Even with all of the support from critics, the trailer still feels unimpressive and uninteresting.

Oscar Prospects:

There is some minor chatter about Adam Sandler being an Oscar contender for this film. The problem is that the Safdie Brothers have generated such buzz before, but have yet to field a film that managed to crack the Oscar race.
