Review: A poster design that looks like a dreadfully constructed PhotoShop job might appeal to dog lovers, but it says zero about the film’s premise, which could be dangerous.

Review: The story is similar to myriad others, the only difference is the backdrop. The trailer makes this look less like an ode to quashing animal cruelty and more like an attack on the organizations that combat puppy mills. That’s not the right kind of message for this type of film.

Oscar Prospects:

None.
