Review: Trying for a proximate approach to locale, the design doesn’t need the extra space shuttle details to convey that information and the expansive sky for the title area is overdone and dull.

Review: We’ve had a lot of films in cinemas in the last few years that are either set in the past, present, or future where an astronaut must choose between salvation, their child, and destiny. This trailer doesn’t do anything monumentally different except put a woman at the center of the story and Eva Green does a fine job selling most of it.
Oscar Prospects:
Early buzz is that Eva Green might be in contention, but the race for Best Actress is quite stacked this year, which might not help her chances.
