Review: Lots of details here and they all tell us what we’re to expect from this film, mostly that it’s an irreverent history of America and that it will use outlandish and anachronistic motifs to tell the story. That’s about all you can expect, though it’s not an incredibly interesting design otherwise.

Review: In spite of the great references to the film’s creators and progenitors, the trailer does precious little to evoke the sense of wit or creativity of either Archer or Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. Maybe the full film is better, but this trailer doesn’t do an adequate job selling that.

Oscar Prospects:

It may be too controversial for an Animated Feature nominee, but stranger things have happened.
